Projeto Âncora is divided into three distinctive areas.: In daycare, we attend early childhood; we provide adolescents sportive, cultural and leisure activities, and we provide work education programs to young adults.

> Children Education Center
Projeto Âncora believes it is in the early childhood that - the foundation to substain the future adult is formed. Our daycare values education leading to autonomy, building up human beings more aware of their duties and rights, as active citizens who are able to transform their own reality. Here, we attend children who are under social risk and whose parents cannot afford hiring baby sitters, while they are away at work. There is a great amount of green areas on the grounds of Creche Farol [Searchlight Daycare], a miniature building, nutritionist and dentists support, as well as a team of educators that are frequently studying to improve their skills. The facilities are prepared to attend up to a hundred children, from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m., and it offers five meals a day.

> Complementary Education Center
We offer teenagers activities such as - sports, skateboard and swimming lessons, circus, theater, dance and music workshops. Aiming an improvement in school performance, Projeto Âncora keeps the largest public library in the area and invests in schooling follow up and emphasizes experiencing the values that are fundamental for the society, such as respect and cooperation.

> Work Education Center
Through classes and workshops, youngsters have access to a professional training, which broadens the perspectives in a market that is becoming more and more demanding and competitive every day. In 12 well -equipped classrooms and with courses coordinated by capable instructors, the various workshops offer, - the possibility of practical working experience in companies nearby. We also offer frequent English and computer science workshops.
